Here's how it works

STEP 1 - THE CONSULTATION

The first part of the process is a consultation. I will talk with you in great detail about the treatment, the look you are trying to achieve and what I might recommend to you. This is very much a two-way conversation.  Once I have an idea of the look you are aiming for and if you are happy to proceed I will carryout a patch test (if required).   If you decide to proceed with the treatment a non-refundable booking fee will be required within 24 hours to secure your appointment.  The booking fee will be credited toward the procedure fee.  The outstanding balance can then be paid in full on the day of your 1st treatment or split with one of our payment plans.
STEP 2 - TREATMENT

When you arrive we will review the information discussed during the consultation and ascertain if there are any changes which may affect your suitability for treatment.  Next will be to measure and mark out the treatment area with a makeup pencil. This can be drawn on and adjusted as many times as necessary! I will never begin the tattoo process until you are completely happy with the size, shape and position of your design.  Using a specialist machine (very different from a tattoo machine), pigments are then implanted into the dermal layer of the skin. The sensation is similar to a little scratch but you should not feel any discomfort. The treated area will look 40-50% darker than the colours chosen during the consultation but this will fade within 3-4 days.  Treatment generally takes around 2 and a half hours.
STEP 3 - REFRESH COLOUR BOOST

A second appointment is needed 7-10 weeks after your first treatment. This is usually a 2 hour appointment to add more pigment to the treated area. This is because as the area is healing, some parts may not ‘hold’ as well as others and you may have a few areas that need more colour. This is completely normal and everyone heals differently. Whatever the case, I would advise you always come back for your retouch.

My powder brows are a complete game changer. Louise is exceptional at her craft and clearly strives for perfection. She has a genuine passion for creating brows that are not only precise, look aesthetically pleasing but also have the clients best interest at heart. I have oily skin and Louise gave me in-depth advice on why powder brows were the right technique for me. I absolutely love them (can you tell) If you are considering getting some professional brows I can also say hand on heart with Louise the treatment doesn’t hurt one bit, she is gentle and mindful of checking you are ok. Louise is friendly and immediately makes you feel at home.
