Booking Policy:

 

Consultations are complimentary with no obligation (excluding permanent makeup). Once you have decided to proceed with a treatment a non-refundable booking fee of £50-100 (depending on treatment) will be required within 24 hours to secure your appointment.  The booking fee will be credited toward the procedure fee. 

A non-refundable booking fee is also required, within 24 hours, when booking in for a top-up.

Booking fees are non-refundable. If a client chooses not to proceed with treatment on the day of the appointment, the booking fee will be forfeited.​

IF THE BOOKING FEE IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 24HRS OF BOOKING, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE.

 

Rescheduling/Late Policy:

 

To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be necessary to reschedule.

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure however please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well.  If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 48 hours notice is required.  You can carry your booking fee over to the new appointment however this is a 1 time courtesy, if you reschedule more than once, you will forfeit your booking fee and will be required to pay another to re-book.

 

If you are rescheduling your top-up appointment then you must reschedule your appointment within 7-10 weeks of your last treatment.  Top-ups booked outside this period will incur additional charges. 

 

Most clients only require one top-up appointment however if another appointment is needed to complete your treatment (due to various skin types) this must be taken within 7-10 weeks of the last treatment.  You will be charged a small fee for this appointment however if you book an additional top-up outside this period then you will be charged the yearly top-up rate.

Payment Policy:

The Split Payment option is courtesy of LKJ Aesthetics.  If you chose to split payment over your 2 initial appointments and do not attend your second appointment (7-10 week touch-up) then you will be invoiced for the outstanding amount. Payments are due prior to, or at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:

 

48 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment within 48 hours may result in the full treatment fee becoming payable. An additional booking fee will be required to make a new appointment reservation. 

 

No Show Policy:

 

Any client that does NOT show for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their booking fee and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full plus the fee for the missed appointment/s before being rescheduled. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Treatment Requirement Clause:

​

In order to proceed with treatment, clients must comply with all consultation, consent, and treatment requirements. This may include medical disclosure, identity verification, and clinical photography for treatment records.

If a client refuses to comply with these requirements, the practitioner reserves the right to cancel the appointment and the booking fee will be forfeited.

Clinical Photography:

​

Before and after photographs may be taken as part of your confidential treatment record. These images are stored securely and are used solely for clinical documentation, treatment planning, and insurance purposes.

These photographs will never be published or shared publicly without the client's explicit written consent.

Refusal to allow clinical photographs may result in the practitioner being unable to proceed with treatment, as photographic documentation forms part of the required treatment record.

Right to Refuse Treatment Clause:

​

LKJ Aesthetics & PMU Ltd reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment where the practitioner believes the treatment requested is not appropriate, safe, or likely to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

This includes situations where a client requests a treatment result that the practitioner believes may not be suitable.

In such circumstances, the practitioner will explain the reasons for this decision and alternative options may be discussed where appropriate.
